Cynthia  is the 11th installation of 13 from The Other-Side presents That Wall art project. Each installation is unique in its own way and features art on both sides, as well as their own song on a soundtrack that was created to make them all come alive.

Cynthia is a very friendly gal; she is the type of person who will help you read your map and find your way if you are lost. She is cheerful even when things are tough and a real goddess when life shines bright. Cynthia is handmade from polymer clay and is one of a kind. The book she is reading is crafted from a map of the West Coast of British Columbia. Her outfit is made out of an old vintage jacket I found at a garage sale (from the 60’s, I believe!) The other side of her piece is my interpretation of graffiti art which I created using spray paint, acrylic paint and collage.

Each installation is for sale and comes with its own soundtrack. In order to experience the full effect of the installation, please check out the music video below which will take you on a journey through the full show. You can also read the stellar review the show garnered for a deeper insight into the experience!!! Feel free to share and please, contact me for more info such as availability and pricing.

Ulfah  is the 10th installation of 13 from The Other-Side presents That Wall art project. Each installation is unique in its own way and features art on both sides, as well as their own song on a soundtrack that was created to make them all come alive.

Ulfah is a very affectionate person; whenever she meets anyone, she will always greet them with a hug, and possibly even a kiss on the cheek as she loves to spread the love! The affection she feels for this planet we live on together is felt by all, including all 4-legged creatures. She has that something special about her that makes some people mistakenly think she is being too intimate but really, it’s just simple love she exudes and spreads. Ulfah is handmade out of polymer clay; her outfit is naturally dyed with onion skins and her belt with indigo. Her hair has been crafted one piece at a time from many different scraps of wool found at the free store on Cortes Island. The other side of her piece is my interpretation of graffiti art which I created using spray paint, acrylic paint and collage.

Each installation is for sale and comes with its own soundtrack. In order to experience the full effect of the installation, please check out the music video below which will take you on a journey through the full show. Ulanda is the 3rd installation of 13 from The Other-Side presents That Wall art project. Each installation is unique in its own way and features art on both sides, as well as their own song on a soundtrack that was created to make them all come alive.

Ulanda has hidden talents that she keeps to herself, but her charm and the power of her convictions makes you keep coming back to learn more about her. Her hair is made from handspun wool that was dyed with onion skins. The shirt she wears gives you an idea of what her convictions are and lets you know she has some attitude and her skirt is made out of polymer clay. The other side of her piece is my interpretation of graffiti art which I created using spray paint, acrylic paint and collage.

Each installation is for sale and comes with its soundtrack. In order to experience the full effect of the installation, please check out the music video below which will take you on a journey through the full show. A sneak peek!!!

The Other-Side presents That Wall

My new art installation involves many mixed media. One element is my interpretation of Graffiti Art inspired by the West side of the Berlin Wall. Here is a Sneak Peek at one of the 13 panels I created on recycled dresser drawers. I used spray paint, collage, acrylic and found items. Look out for info on two upcoming solo art shows this summer.
